the magician of paper that had created his factory for the first time announced to his workers the arrival of the crisis in that small town. said that his magic was not enough compared to new books created by computers. coexistence between paper books and the computer books of  was no longer possible and the factory probably had to close … forever. the pictures could have been on the books disappear within a few years, leaving room to colored pixels on screens as cold as ice. the workers applauded the magician of the paper knowing that with all probability was their last day of work.

(dedicated to the workers of the Burgo paper mill of Mantua, Italy)
